Send us your contact file and your GoHighLevel pipeline, stage and custom-field names. We clean it, map it, and return a CSV that matches your account, plus a field map, so the import lands where it should.

Who it's for
GoHighLevel agencies and business owners moving contacts or deals into a sub-account, re-importing after a failed import, or seeing records land in the wrong pipeline or stage.
What you get
- import_ready.csv: Contacts, or Contacts + Opportunities on the same row, with Pipeline and Pipeline Stage values matched exactly to the names you send us.
- field_map.csv: every source column, the GoHighLevel field it maps to (standard, contact custom field or opportunity custom field), and any columns left unmapped.
- exceptions.csv: rows we changed, merged or held back, with the reason.
- Import notes: import type to choose, mapping steps, and a reminder to test a small batch first.
- Workflow trigger check: we review your tag or trigger setup from screenshots and flag likely reasons a workflow would not fire for imported records (for example, tags that already exist on updated contacts).

Delivery within 48 hours after we receive your file and complete intake, with 1 revision.

- Confirmation that you have the right to share this contact data for this purpose
How we handle your data
Your files are deleted after delivery (no later than 14 days after, so a revision is possible) and are never pasted into outside AI tools. Send only the columns we need; never send passwords, card data, health information or government ID numbers.

Do you log in to our GoHighLevel account?
No. You run the import using our notes. We work from your file and the pipeline, stage and field names you send.
Why do pipelines and stages need to exist first?
GoHighLevel's own help article says to create the pipelines, stages and opportunity custom fields before importing, and that the Pipeline value should match an existing pipeline. Source.
Can you guarantee my workflows fire?
We cannot control your account, so no. We flag the common causes we can see from your setup and tell you how to test with a small batch.
Can an import be undone?
GoHighLevel says completed imports have no one-click undo (source), which is why we recommend a small test import first.
