CSV email validator and dedupe
Upload a CSV or paste one email per line. Each address is checked for format, common domain typos (gmial.com, yaho.com, hotmial.com and similar), role addresses such as info@ and a few disposable domains, then duplicates are removed (ignoring case). You can download the clean file and a file of removed rows.
Your file is read in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded or sent anywhere, and nothing is stored after you close the page.
What gets checked
- Format: one @, a domain with a dot, no spaces or double dots.
- Domain typos: common misspellings of Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, iCloud and AOL are corrected and noted.
- Duplicates: compared in lower case; the first row is kept.
- Disposable domains: a short list of well-known throwaway services is removed.
- Role addresses: info@, sales@ and similar are kept but noted, since they often belong to a team.
What it cannot check
This is a format and list check. It does not contact mail servers, so it cannot tell you whether a mailbox exists. Treat old or purchased lists with care.
